  • 9/21/09 I've updated my rating and removed a star. After going to San San's about 15 times over 10 months, I have decided to look for another spa. There are two main problems, and they are recent. The first is that Agnes' two young children have been running around the spa, even into the treatment room, and making a lot of noise during my appointments. The other reason is that she has become an extremely hard seller. Ending an appointment had become so uncomfortable and pressured that I have taken to pre-paying and then slipping out the back door. Agnes is extremely talented and does amazing work, especially on eyelashes, but the experience of going there has become prohibitively unpleasant. ______________________________________________________ 11/14/08 At the recommendation of other yelpers, I visited San Sans for a facial, and I was very pleased that I listened. The interior is surprisingly nice and decorated well. The facial itself was excellent--Agnes really seemed to care about my skin. It was very relaxing and I left with nearly invisible pores. I have already made another appointment.
