| - This is the best restaurant I have been to in Vegas hands down. The food is great, and the service is even more phenomenal. Also, where else can you get korean AND hawaiian food?? If you're debating between a couple places, this is the one to choose.
On the recommendation of the owner, we ordered the manju (dumplings) fried, the combo plate with teriyaki chicken, kalbi, and meat jun (marinated meat topped with egg), and the fried saipan. The dumplings were really good...juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside with a delicious sauce to dip in. The combo plate came with macaroni salad and we added the spam fried rice to it (definitely do it). All of the meats on the combo plate were tasty and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try a lot of different items on the menu. The fried saipan was good, but I would probably try something else when I come back since it didn't blow me away. Along with the meal, there's a couple banchan (side dishes), which were pickled daichon, kimchi, and fried hot dog pieces. All of these were well made as well.
In terms of the service, it was as if I was at my aunt or grandma's house... we were hooked up with an extra dumpling on the manju plate to make sure that each person had an equal number of dumplings at our table. When our water ran out, we were given bottled water at no charge. Also, our Hawaiian Sun drink was on the house. The owner also gave us a sample of the saipan noodle soup, which was delicious and contained no oil whatsover, a rarity these days. At the end of the meal, we were given hot tea on the house as well in to-go cups. Can't say enough about the treatment of customers here. Amazing.
