  • Came in because I needed color. Got a great stylist who gave me a great cut. Not too happy with my color because its too dark. The little color swatch was not the same color as what actually developed. I wanted an auburn color, what I got was more black with no red highlights at all. I decided to use the phase 2 services (closer to graduation). The guy (sorry, forgot the name) was very personable and friendly. Listened to what I was telling him about knowing my hair (resistant, how to style etc). Cut my hair exactly as I wanted and it looks good. What I did NOT like was the atmosphere. "Music" was blaring way too loud, some sort of dance/club sound that actually hurt my ears. It may have been OK for all the young students, but for those of us born decades before... just sounded like very loud crap. I am used to other beauty schools where the instructors actually interact with both student & customer. Only time I saw instructor on the floor was when she went over color selection with me. Didn't come back to ask how everything went when I was finished. This school only does hair, no facials, massages etc.
