| - No 0 stars???? Absolutely terrible. I was leaving from Pittsburgh to Cleveland Ohio, the bus was delayed by 50 minutes because our driver backed up into another greyhound bus. I asked the driver if she could contact the other driver to let him know that I will not make my transfer and if they could delay the transfer by an extra 220 minutes so me and a few other people could make it. The driver stated that they "didn't have a phone" and to "call greyhound yourselves and see if management will delay the transfer". Well, I am from Canada, so I do not have a mobile network to make the call, and the Wi-Fi on the bus was down!!! A good passenger that lives in the area gave me his cellphone to call. After waiting 1.5 hours for someone to pick up, all they said was "Just take the next bus at 5am". Uh, HELLO? My bus transfer was at 10:15pm!!!! No way am I waiting another 7 hours at that station to catch my next transfer. I hung up the phone and luckily, after reaching Cleveland, the transfer bus was delayed as well (Ha, whats new!? everything on greyhound is ALWAYS delayed because the drivers LOVE to dick around and not care).
Also, when I was first traveling from Youngstown Ohio to Pittsburgh, the bus driver was 2 hours late. His excuse was because he forgot his wallet at home, having to drive all the way back to CLEVELAND Ohio, and wait for his wife to drive home to she could give him his wallet!!! The people on the bus missed their transfer in Pittsburgh to New York because of this, and had to wait 17 hours extra for a connecting bus.
This is why Greyhound is known as "The Dirty Dog". They should really have DIRECT bus rides, or have a GOOD transfer system instead of screwing around with people and letting everyone miss their buses. Next time I'm taking a plane. Screw you Greyhound!!!!!!!!!!
