We had our third recall on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, so when the battery died, I had it towed to get everything fixed. Jeep said they would cover the rental as long as I had an extended warranty. I purchased a 100k mile warranty when I bought the vehicle, so I went to Enterprise to get a rental (they recommended Enterprise). Once we received our Jeep back a few days later, they said they were working on reimbursement with Enterprise. I have emailed and called for over a month now and have not made any headway in being reimbursed. The amount is $77, so nothing crazy. It's more the fact that they say one thing and promise resolution, only to never deliver nor care. Considering it's the third recall, the car and AC have randomly shut off on us, and the poor customer service, we will never buy a Jeep again.
