  • DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL HERE!!!! A month before the micro blading class I wanted to take I spoke to them to confirm the class on their website, signed up for the class & paid the $200 deposit online, took 3 days off from work (close to impossible), I showed up for class a half hour early and sat in that parking lot alone for a good 2 hours waiting, calling, texting every number they have waiting for someone to show up or at least call me back...NOTHING. I left there so depressed. The chances of me getting another 3 days off from work without pay would never happen again, nor could I afford to take them off. But wait it gets better...when they finally did get back to me way later that day, the owner admitted they dropped the ball and wasn't quite sure what happened yet but was going to find out. Then couple hours later I called her assistant Camille, who dropped the ball. Never apologized, not even a tiny bit sympathetic, in fact she blamed me and said they tried calling. Really Camille??? If your going to cancel a class someone has paid a deposit on you might want to keep trying until they confirm they received your message you 'supposedly' sent. I'd like you to confirm you called and left a voicemail (because you didn't) same convo you also said there was some confusion on which class I signed up for, which contradicts you calling to confirm the class cancelled, unless it just so happened to be a really lucky guess. Still if that were the case were you ever going to contact me about that OR you guy weren't really concerned being you got my $200 deposit already. So which is it Camille? If you were unsure of the class I wanted you would've called to end all that confusion right after I paid my deposit right? Even though that had already been done over the phone, then again online when you took my $200 deposit. All of which is YOUR company protocol for signing up for a class per se the website. Wait it gets better... I show up. They don't. They cancelled, didn't tell me and won't give me my deposit back!!!!!! Way I see it they should pay a deposit to confirm they will show up to teach the class AND give me my deposit back even though I still wouldn't break even for the time I wasted getting time off from work and without pay. So rather than blaming and lying Camille, next time work on being sympathetic and apologetic, bare minimum. Its customer service 101 and you've got a long way to go. Baby steps. WITHOUT A DOUBT THEE WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!
