  • Great service for many years on our cars, but always at an additional price. When told I didn't want the extras, they stuck with my original request. Recent coolant leak prompted service and shop forgot to replace coolant in radiator or not properly replacing the radiator cap causing a severe overheating situation. I was told they tested it in the shop for 45 minutes prior to me picking it up. NOT. I was there and less than 20 minutes from "just got to add fluid and you're ready." They tried to sell me services that were performed just a few months prior but backed down when they knew what I was talking about. Profanity in normal conversation by service manager was not welcomed either.
