  • You're really better off in a trailer park or not going on vacation at all. I found a backed-up sink with a liquid material that smells and look like vomit in my hotel. It took SIX calls to room service over SEVEN hours before they sent someone to fix it. I've been all over Asia, Europe, and Central America and this is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more money for a hotel that doesn't smell like poop, urine, and smoke (in a non-smoking room) with no sound insulation so you can hear everything your neighbors do 24/7. I am staying in a deluxe room in the Casino tower which is supposed to be recently renovated; I can't imagine what a normal room looks like.
