  • I needed the ignition repaired on an older truck, The guy from All City Lock and Safe assured me that he could do it, so I set up an appointment for my next day off. I re-scheduled things that I needed to get done to meet the locksmith and he never showed. I called and rescheduled for my next day off and he texted that afternoon stating that he had had a Drs appointment and could no make it, so we rescheduled for my next day off. This time I tried to nail him down to a time and he said between 3p and 6p. I called at 4p and he did not answer, I texted around 5p and he did not respond, and simply never returned any texts or calls. I wasted 3 days off waiting for this guy. So unprofessional and frustrating! The next day I called King Key...they fixed it that day (please see my very positive review for King Key on their site)
