  • There is no excuse for poor customer service! I came in looking to do a project and craft. I did receive good help in the back of the store, but in the front of the store when the customer is paying money is very poor. I left my purchase at the counter and purchase my project and craft suppies at Michaels. They even had a coupon at the counter that I can use .
