  • I had a water softener and several maintenance items done yesterday. Wes, the tech who did the work, was not the one who originally met me and prepared the work order. He wasn't expecting as much work as I had. But he plugged on. Spent over 12 hours and got everything done. Not one complaint from him and he didn't cut any corners even though it was more than a day's work. Now I don't have to take another day off my job. Wes is awesome and I love Quail Plumbing!!
