  • Just an update. We went back for another battery this week and just wow! The difference in customer service just one employee can make. Quoted one price over the phone. Said yes although it was high. Then got a follow up call with a higher price and a later arrival date saying that they already ordered the more expensive product. Wow! I mean just wow. Come to find out Jenny doesn't work here anymore. Needless to say we cancelled the order and are getting it from somewhere else for much cheaper. Dishonest doesn't begin to describe this business now. Im finding Jenny for future orders.
