  • This is my favorite nail spa. One tip I will give openly here is to make sure you communicate clearly before your services with your nail tech. Don't get all mad and post a negative review after the fact. I was a bit upset when I was charged $5 more than usual on my last visit. The nail tech told me it was an extra charge because of my "coffin shaped" nails. LOL. Well, here's the thing... I came IN with long coffin shaped nails but I needed them grinded down this visit and they lost the shape way before any filing had to be done. So I understand if something is more work therefore resulting in an extra charge. This was just silly and greedy of my nail lady. I was annoyed but I figured she must have needed the $5 and I even tipped my usual amount. I will go out of my way to make sure I never get her again. I showed a few of the other patrons at the drying station, and all agreed my nails were definitely NOT coffin shaped and she ripped me off. Just make sure you get a price BEFORE your services. Lesson learned and otherwise, I still love this place.
