  • I was severely disappointed!! First off, just to clarify this review is based on my first experience to the store and not the actual product. I showed up on their Grand Opening at 12:15pm and ALL their donuts were sold out. The employee there told me that more were being made so to come back at 1:30pm. After being disappointed the first time, I decided to come back for a second try, therefore I showed up at 2pm- and once again ALL SOLD OUT. This to me seems incredible that a brand new store on their GRAND OPENING are sold out of their product. This is a premium donut shop with premium prices- they should have more than enough inventory to supply their grand opening. Unfortunately, Sugar left a bad taste in my mouth.
