This is one of my favorites. Great mix of kabobs cooked on the grill to order, schwarma, rice, and salads. It's not in the greatest area, but what good ethnic restaurant is? I'll frequently drive 50 miles round trip to get carryout here. Portions are huge, and even splitting with another person will leave you with leftovers for later. Love the atmosphere, which reminds me of the real thing in the middle east. Full of young Arabic families or groups of men picking apart roast chickens with their hands. Arab TV channels on the telly. Feels like you're in Dubai. Good bread from the Syrian bakery down the street. Go there for freshest deserts. Don't overeat, because the food is heavy in lamb fat-- which though delicious-- can be difficult on unfamiliar Western tummies. Owner very friendly and helpful, as is everyone else who works there. They really aim to please!
