  • I agree with DT., A great first impression and Ty told me everything the last pool man did wrong and how he would do it. Unfortunately, after time, the quality of service diminished and pool water quality was terrible, just in time for swimming season. I think he was spread too thin and I know he hired other people to do my pool and I would guess other pools. My pool is relatively new and I know the equipment is all good, + he had the green light to replace anything that needed replacing, no exceptions. Very disappointed. I know it's a tough business, but if you talk a big game you must deliver!
