| - Spent $$$$ here getting my teeth fixed, crowns, root canals, whitening. Had no issues with it until I got a bill on top of all the money I spent each time I went.
Every time I went I asked where I was in regards to my insurance maximum and every time they shot a number right at me, so I kept scheduling appointments thinking I was good. Now I get a bill that says I owe more on top of the thousands I already spent!!
Called their billing number and the lady tells me "we don't have a way of knowing because the insurance company sometimes denies payment". This would have been useful information to share with me when I asked each time where I was on my insurance, but every time they gave me a fully confident number. So I tell her none of my payments were denied in 2015, she then says well there is the cost for exams and things like that, again shouldn't I have been told this each time I asked where I was in regard to my insurance.
I literally spent thousands of dollars here in 2015 willingly, under the impression I was not going to get a surprise bill at the end of the year, I asked every time I went to make sure this didn't happen. And now I get a bill.....I had more appointments scheduled for 2016, told the lady to cancel my appointments (I'm sure she could tell I was unhappy) and she could have cared less. I was going to spend thousands more in 2016 here, but not now. Trust is broken with them, looks like I'm a free agent looking for a dentist to give my money too that won't surprise me with a bill at the end of the year.
