  • I have been going to this Fazoli's for about 4 years. The service has only gotten better! Julie started out as an employee who was always friendly when I went throught the drive-thru, now she is a manager. This store goes out of their way to ensure that they get you customized order perfect and they'll even throw in a couple breadsticks if the wait is too long. Speaking of those breadsticks, they can't be beat. When you combine that with good consistent quality of the other food and new items that keep giving you fresh options :)
