  • Fast response time in coming out to do a quote. Many companies I called waited days before ever responding to my call or email. Robert was on time and very professional while providing the estimate. We needed inside and outside windows, window tracks, and the regular screens and solar screens cleaned. His pricing was the best around, but his quality of work and turnaround time was still superior. You know the saying, "You get what you pay for." Well, I feel that we go much more than what we paid for. I appreciated that he watched the weather report and rescheduled wanting to make sure the windows and screens remained clean and "Crystal Clear". He was very thorough and took his time to make sure every window looked absolutely amazing. We just bought this house and for only being ten years old it looked like the windows had never been cleaned. It was disgusting! The screens were a disaster too. After Robert finished you would have never known they were ever as dirty as they were. Some areas of the window I thought were so far damaged there was no hope but to replace the window glass altogether. To my surprise, Robert had all the right tools for such a challenge and the windows looked brand new. He is very knowledgeable about proper care of windows and screens and gives recommendations. I highly recommend Crystal Clear. You can do your homework like I did in getting quotes and checking reviews on other companies, but save yourself the time and go with Robert at Crystal Clear. He will be our only window cleaning guy from now on.
