How many companies would keep their customers on hold for that long and still keep them as customers. inferior products and service. when they say that they will have someone call you they are lying. NFL Sunday ticket is the ONLY thing worth having and once the lose that monopoly I will leave their Sorry service forever. If I could give them less than one star I would. don't fall for their sales pitch. They are very inept at service. I believe they keep you on hold for extended periods in hopes that you will get aggravated and hang up. They are so big that they don't mind losing your business. This is a problem at the top. Every manager in charge of customer satisfaction should be fired immediately.Please take the time to read the MANY one star reviews and let's tell INDIRECT TV that we expect better.
