  • I went for the bundle they offer for home phone/internet and TV. All of the wonderful things they say about their products just isn't true. The TV is very slow switching between channels and the internet with wifi is atrocious. I have trouble getting a connection to my computer even though the computer has a direct sight path to the wifi box which is only about 15 feet away. When I have called them for technical support they only thing they could offer was to tell me to go buy a wifi booster from a store and install it. As soon as my 1 year is up and i can leave without penalty I'm going to run as fast and as far away from this company as I can get. Don't fall for their hype. you will be sorry!!!
