  • I booked an appointment and drove 20 minutes because this was one of the only places I could find a same day appointment at. I walked into an empty salon only to be told that I couldn't use my Groupon because it was only for a specific person, which was mentioned NO WHERE in the fine print. Nor was it mentioned when I called to make the appointment. If there's anything I hate, it's when people waste my time.
