| - On Friday of this past week, I had a somewhat negative experience with Purcell's corporate tire insurance policy, and expressed concern to the store manager, Mike. He took the time to explain this policy to me and offered reimbursement for my troubles. I have only been a customer for a short period of time with Purcell, but after seeing how seriously this location took my complaint, and how the manager and associates were quick to offer a resolution, I plan on staying a long-term customer.
I understand that sales associates do not have a huge say in corporate policy, and that certain situations are out of their control; however, for my specific situation, I felt it was appropriate to write an e-mail to the store location describing the initial negative experience.
I am extremely grateful that Purcell has quality management and sales associates ready to meet the high demands of customers. For that reason alone, I will happily stick around and support this business. Thank you, Purcell, for reaching out to me and offering a swift resolution to my issue.
