Ridiculously unhelpful customer service staff. I usually don't critique leasing companies this much, but I found CPM to be both curt and incredibly rude. As a college student, I was unfamiliar with what a "notarized letter" entailed. I assumed they just wanted a signed letter allowing my roommate to pick up my keys. Instead, one of their employees (who shall remain unnamed for now) sent me a one line message that stated only, "This letter is not notarized." Not a word more. How is that even remotely helpful? It isn't. I had to search through the entire website before I found a one to two-line explanation of what they meant by notarized permission through my local bank. Talk about unnecessary searching and horrible customer service. Unbelievable.
Otherwise, the quality of apartments is relatively average from what I've seen via the viewing and visiting friends. However, service and price brings this rating waaaay down.
