  • I called and spoke with Mitch who allowed me to bring my vehicle in last minute with no appointment to this location during their busy time and Julio was kind enough to accommodate me and my needs for an overdue oil change which he accepted a coupon for but also changed my air filter and checked my tires and brakes then gave me estimates on services which were reasonable and also completed the service to my car in less time than expected so I appreciate how Julio handled my situation given the late notice with high expectations. Thank you Mitch and Julio and staff of Ted Wiens for taking care of me and my vehicle. I will return to complete the necessary services.
