rev:text	Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I was given a code for 2 complimentary buffets, i had to contact the hotel to figure out why they hadnt added them to my itinerary. I had to email 4 different times because everyone would just give me a run around. I show up to check in, they say theres no note of it so theres nothing they could do. I called to ask if they have early check in they said no. We decided to play while we make time till check in and when we arrive what do you know - people are checking in early. We stayed in a grand king. To a view of some type of ac system i dont really know what it was but it was ugly. Atleast we got a tiny little glimpse of the monte carlo. We were stayin in the 12th floor room 125. The room was eh no fridge no safe no coffee machine. I dont understand how a motel has more then this place... Then you turned on the tv watch tv for about 15 min and you'd be hit with a message "signal lost" try again later or wait about 5 min for the signal to come back. At&t carriers you might as well have been stayin in a mine there was no signal at all. FREE WIFI!!!! (Ya right) Make sure you read the fine print they give you 3mgps free after that, they charged you. Parking was one of the worst ive ever had to deal with in vegas. Definately need valet at this place cuz its horrible. Monte carlo has by far the best one. Tv tells you how great they are with their fast check out. you can check out from your tv just press a button. Didnt work of course. Bottom line. I will NEVER stay in this place again.
