  • I went into Little's today looking for a pair of warm boots to help me be a little less miserable this winter. Charlene was amazingly patient - I have huge calves and it's hard for me to find boots to fit my legs. She kept trying until I finally settled on a lovely pair of Uggs that are warm and fit me. The shoes are pricey but the customer service more than makes up for the dent in your wallet. If you're looking for a bargain, you can find it on the huge discount rack that they have in the store. Customer service of this caliber is becoming more and more rare these days. The next time I need to buy shoes, I will visit Little's first.
