Went there today, my husband and I met a young couple with 3 children, one was in a wheel chair. A truly wonderful family. the father had to take his young daughter out of her wheelchair and carry her up several stairs to find seating. I contacted one of the employees who was seating people, I asked if it would be possible for that family to get a seat closer so the young girl could see the show better. WOW, she ignored me and allowed late arrivers to have the seats closer [all these seats were in the general admission] I noticed several other seats available and went back and asked her again along with another staff member who was with her. I was told in a very rude tone that they are doing the best they can. [which meant doing nothing!!!] and both staff members walked away from me. During the show my husband and I noticed several seats that were available. NEVER WILL I GO TO ANY SHOWS AT THIS HOTEL. the staff are the rudest people I have met in a long long time. and the show only lasted 1 hour, and had a couple of dogs, couple of birds and several cats. mainly it was human performers juggling. NOT worth the charge of admission. these employees obviously do not like children.....BEWARE!!!!
