  • Reasons that I hate McDonald's: #4641 - self service kiosk ordering - gave them a $20 plus 44 cents. They gave me back $7.44, the cost of the order - no strawberry sundae for the granddaughter - ordered the chocolate instead they forgot the peanuts - NO ketchup - no paper towels or toilet paper in the ladies room per my wife - had to request drink cups, twice
