  • Yes! This place sucks. Please avoid here if you can. The middle-aged Asian lady another reviewer mentioned was very cold, unfriendly and unapproachable. On March 10, 2017, I sent a letter to WV, USA and she hard sale extra service (tracking and flat-rate Express service), but I still used regular mail. She was very unhappy and very cold. Now, it's May 2nd, the receiver in the US has NOT received my mail. I highly suspect she just threw my mail away since I didn't accept her hard sale for extra services. She knows my mail does't go with tracking service, so she can abuse my mail any way as she wants. And she knows that there will never be evidence to against her.
