  • This review is about their customer service only. I had booked a trail ride for my two kids and me while on vacation. The morning of the ride, one of my kids got sick and we determined that there was no way she could make the ride. When I called to cancel, a mere 3 hours before we were scheduled, the guy couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. He cancelled the ride and didn't charge us. These guys are a class act and I hope we have the chance to actually go on a ride with them on our next visit to AZ.
