  • I would give 5 stars, but I agree with other posts in that the staff at the front desk can be pretty useless sometimes. I called just today because I have to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Hunt and unfortunately their phone system is experiencing an issue. When going through the menu, the options do not work. I had to redial several times in order to get through. When I finally got through, I was asked to hang on hold. I did so for 10 minutes. I finally disconnected and redialed (several times again until the option finally worked). Sadly I got the VM box and leaving a message doesn't guarantee a call back. I love Dr. Hunt and Dr. Hartzfeld, but some of their front desk staff can be a bit aloof.
