  • I used to go to the one in Boone all the time, but this is my first trip to the Charlotte location. I ordered cookies online to pick up in store, and I showed up a few minutes early to size the place up. I let them know that I was there and they said my cookies were cooling - no big deal. A few other people came in, some also had online orders and some were ordering fresh cookies. I watched as a few employees came in and the owner was talking to some of the other customers. I saw them put what I figured was my order in the window, but nobody was up front for me to ask. The other online orders came and went, and finally someone stayed up front long enough for me to ask for my cookies. I understand being new and trying to work out some kinks, but it was a bit frustrating. That all being said, I waited a bit longer than my pickup time projected (and I had chosen a preset time) but the cookies were delicious as always, so 4 stars App Cookie Co! I always think ordering ahead of time makes the whole process easier.
