  • Since they have such great reviews mostly about their service , and they don't need my help there, I am going to challenge them to live up to the 5 stars. I bought 4 Yokohama's and my heavy Buick requires 30 PSI - they put 35 in. (Ignore what it says on your tire - that is MAX PSI for that tire. You need to always look at the sticker in the drivers door jam for the correct PSI suggested by the manufacturer of the car, for best braking and handling. (Too much air causes separation and bubbling and eventually can ruin the tire. Way too much air causes hydroplaning and blowouts.) 5 over on every tire means they didn't look at the sticker. Wasn't the weather either (10 degrees temp rise will raise tire pressure 1 psi) Also, a minor suggestion... they put my spare back and threw the screw thing on to hold it in place, but it would have been the bomb if they have put the jack back in place with the lug wrench - all together with the spare like new- under the carpet etc. I had to basically undo and remove the spare and assemble all that and put it back and got dirty. Would have actually been easier if they just tossed the spare in the trunk for me -instead of down in the well. The guy in the waiting area (sales) is super polished and great service but that doesn't say anything about the work actually being done on your car. The shop was clean and all the guys looked very presentable in company shirts etc. No thugs. LOL PS I got a $70 rebate and it came in about 2 weeks so that was nice. I'll go back if these Yoko's ever give out and I recommend the place highly.
