  • Update: they sent me a letter in the mail handwritten thanking me for the opportunity to service my vehicle. Mind you...service never took place so they were either being disingenuous or stupid in sending me a letter. So....if getting a letter from them means they're a "good business to deal with"...remember that customers that don't give them any business get that same letter so it wasn't all that special after all.
