We were tenants with Marsh Management for 2 1/2 years. Our experience was quite different from many of the Yelp reviewers. Most of the issues we brought up were fixed very quickly, and we were never asked to pay out of pocket for things to be fixed (except for what was listed as tenant responsibility in the contract). We did have one issue that required multiple requests to Marsh, but the delays occurred mostly due to the landlord not responding to Marsh in a timely manner. Upon move-out, we left the home in the same (better, actually) condition than move-in and received a full refund of our deposit. In my opinion, they did not have unreasonable expectations of the condition of the home during the final inspection. Based on my experience, I would use Marsh Management again, and would recommend them to others.
