| - Peace Collective is a uniquely designed store that offers milkshakes and apparel all in one!
As you enter the store, you will be kindly greeted by their employees. I found that the interior of the store was very spacious, modern, and extremely organized. Most of their apparel pays homage to Canada with different lines saying: Home is Canada/Toronto, Toronto -vs- Everybody, Canadian built, and so forth. I ended up purchasing one of their hoodies which is very soft and comfortable. They also have three fitting rooms within the store.
If you decide to pass on the apparel, you'll eventually bump into the milkshake section. With vibrant pink walls, and a neon sign that says 'treat yo self', this is the perfect location to get your aesthetically pleasing photo of either the murals on the wall or the milkshake itself.
There were many shakes to choose from but I decided to go for the brewed awakening.
BREWED AWAKENING: Firstly, I find it to be a decent sized milkshake and would definitely recommend sharing with a friend. If you love coffee, this is the one for you. The shake is topped with whipped cream and a few chocolate shavings, and includes a pizelle cookie and wafer straw. The shake itself is very creamy and was not overwhelmingly sweet. In addition, the rim of the cup is frosted with icing and has some type of salty crumbled wafer sprinkled all around it.
The combination of the rim and the shake pair perfectly.
The only complaint I have is the counters were a bit sticky and dirty however; everything else was on point.
If you're looking for a tasty drink to quench your thirst, give peace treats a try! I would definitely love to come back to try their other specialty shakes.
