My wife and I decided to try a mobile groomer because taking our little puppy to the groomer was tough with a newborn at home. The groomer was really nice, super nice to be honest. That's why they are recieving 2 stars. My wife specifically asked for our poodle mix not to be shaved. Without asking, our princess was shaved. I get it, she was probably matted. We havr taken her to multiple groomers and they always tell us upfront the length they will need to groom her. We brush and try to prevent matting but sometimes it is unavoidable. If it is too matted, let us know. A little heads up, "Hey, i know you didn't want this but it's what is best for your dog" goes a long way. We didn't receive that at all. Then when the business called to follow up on the service, they accomplished nothing. They told my wife that next time they will send someone with more experience. That is just what you want to hear when you pay a premium for mobile grooming. "Next time, we will send the varsity team instead of the jv team. Thanks for your business". Hate to say it, there won't be a next time.
