There are two things that make this place above average. The first is the play place. It is big and spacious but the netting makes it easy to spot kids without having to scale the thing. There is a toddler area with a separate entrance. I have toddlers and a lot of these places just have a few climbing toys at the foot of the stairs which means a lot of chances for your kid to get stepped on by bigger kids.
The second thing, is the staff. Specifically, Meylissa. There are two kinds of fast food employees in my experience, the kind that hand you single ketchup packets and individual napkins like they have to pay for them out of pocket, and the kind that give you extra napkins because you have kids with you. She also brought outer tray into the play area, which is really helpful when you don't want to leave your kids to grab their food.
