First appointment with PA for annual pap was very disappointing. She struggled with the file information from my doctor from my previous home. The PA also seemed inexperienced and the procedure for the pap and exam painful. The whole experience just felt unorganized and lacked experience.
I then met with Dr. Iacovelli for HRT and I thought it might work, she seemed very knowledgeable. I am an older women in menopause without periods for years and the new HRT ended up way to aggressive for me. I called after two weeks with severe cramps and heavy period. Had trouble getting a reply as to what to do from the doctor. The staff seem to have an extreme communication breakdown with docs. They were terrible at finding resolutions or communication. So we finally got it worked out but it happened again two weeks later. So I emailed and got no response, called and talked to nurse and never got a message from the doc for another week. I called and talked to another nurse which seemed pretty sharp(the front desk still confused and thought I had been called) and took a message for the doc. Never got any kind of response as to how to handle the hormone dose. Definitely an "I don't care, too busy" attitude. Not sure if it was coming from the doctor or just the breakdown of communication from the front of the office to the back of the office. But you don't prescribe HRT and not respond when a patient has problems. A simple call back system with answers would have been acceptable. It has been many weeks and still no reply. I will not go back or recommend this business.
