Crazy how bad customer service has gotten for this company.I contacted centurylink via chat since it seemed that would be the easiest and fastest way to get somebody to talk to about my issue, which is my download and upload speed are way lower than what I am paying for. Nica gets on the chat, not sure who named her but then again not sure how she has a job either. She proceeded to tell me that my 36 download speed was perfectly fine and that she was going to check on my upload speed since it is showing 7.3, keep in mind she told me in the beginning of the conversation that I am paying for 40 download speed and 20 upload speed. After having her tell me she was working on it for 20 minutes she proceeded to disconnect the chat without saying another word.Which is comical considering all you do is sit at a desk and take chats all day so not sure going through chats like water will give you great customer service. Shocked me as I work for a small company and know how important customer service is, apparently along the way your company forgot that. Someone should really take a look at this chick or dude not sure what it is but it's name is NICA.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CENTURYLINK, they will not give you what you pay for and will not speak with you if you have an issue. Feel free to contact me I am done chasing after this company to get a simple answer, I have the transcript but then again I am sure you do too.Will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be cancelling my account tomorrow.
