  • I wish I had. Checked the reviews before we went there. I have had multiple issues and I haven't been able to get anyone to take us seriously. They installed a tow hitch to a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer and they ruined the sensors on the car. Registration fees have been included in every car I've ever purchased, but a month later we get a bill for over $400 in registration fees. They did a bait and switch on another car I wanted to buy but luckily I caught it. And they SOLD me a service I later found out was supposed to be free. And they won't even honor the service that I'm paying for. They said they would pick up our vehicle, leave a loaner, and return our vehicle for any service we had done at performance. Now it has to be a $250 minimum service. Which fixing the sensors they broke doesn't apply because we aren't paying for service. And now I can't get anyone to call me back. I have called many different people, left a dozen voicemails and no one has responded. I wish I could take it back!
