  • quality selection, great people, good stuff! needed a packer brisket to smoke...not only was this one of the only places in town that carried it, but they had a selection of nicely marbled, good looking stuff. despite being close to closing time, i never felt rushed while looking over the cuts to get the 'perfect' one. other meats looked great as well...will be picking up some lamb shoulder there tonight (only place i called as i knew they would have it), as well as any of my other carnivore treats in the future.
