Omg.. been going there for about a year now.. no complaints til today.. the owner called me after I picked up my bichon and said I took her eyeglasses.. I checked thoroughly and could not find them.. she said they were prescription, and I checked again.. then she said she would come over to my home for herself.. why on earth would I want her glasses??.. she stormed into my home and I called the police.. she left.. I'm pressing charges on her and I hope after reading this u won't bring your pets to her.. I'm seeking to have her mentally evaluated and put away so normal people won't have to deal with her .. remember# vegas strong..now it's 7:40 pm and she and the police were just here at my home.. the police showed me a complete video that appeared I did take her eyeglasses.. the police did search my car and did find her glasses in between my seats.. I do apologize for unintentionally taking her glasses.. I only wear readers and it was my mistake.. however she did bang on my door and searched my car as well and didn't find them.. I've been bringing my dog to her business for the last ten months, I'm a customer, and as a human being and a business owner u don't conduct yourself in the manner she did.. I spend a lot more than the seventy dollars she said these glasses cost.. if she wasn't so rude and impolite and accusatory, perhaps this could have been solved without the police banging on my door and embarrassing me in front of my neighbors. I'm seventy four and I sometimes make mistakes, but I don't intentionally go to groomers and steal their eyeglasses.. too bad this business owner hasn't a clue how to speak with customers instead of accusing them of stealing. In any case, I do stand by initial comments regarding this lunatic of a business person. How sad..
Unfortunately, sometimes it's said that it's not what u say, but how u say it.. in your case.. it's both.. to accuse an absent minded senior citizen of stealing your eyeglasses and then using your superiority tone to try to get your point across didn't work with me and probably not with any of your customers.. you're a bully who can't control yourself.. if Jackie, your associate had called me and explained to me in her calm and reasonable way, that I'd inadvertently picked up your glasses.. I'm sure the outcome would have been quite different.. too bad.. I'm sure I'm not the first person you've mistreated and I'm sure I won't be the last.. anger management perhaps??
