  • I lived here from 2003 through 2009 and loved it. They have a lot of rules (for a reason, and that's why the place is decent). I love the fact that if you have a dog you MUST live on a certain street. I had a cat and I certainly appreciated that. However, when I recently moved I had a hard time getting them to simply fax my new apartment complex in CT my rental history. I ended up talking to the main person in charge to get somebody to fax a simple piece of paper. They must be under new management, but the property itself is nice, on a hill, you don't have to worry about flooding when everybody in Carnegie is losing sleep over it, only downside here is they needed 2 dumpsters, as it would get full quickly and everybody would dump their trash in front of it. Otherwise maintenance was great (after 6 years I know...), and it was a peaceful location with beautiful views.
