  • These folks are great. I bought my eyeglasses there 3 or 4 years ago. They did a great job for me then and all was well. Here's why i am writing the review now: I broke the frames on my glasses on Saturday night. I am nearly blind without them so i am very concerned. BUT they are in Northlake Mall and open on Sunday! So i walk in at the moment they open. My frames needed a new hinge part. As is my typical luck they did not have it in stock. BUT they had one by the same vendor that was close enough to get me going in the short term. So they cheerfully repair the frame and promise to order the correct part and call me when it arrived. Said it would take about a week. So today, Wednesday, they call and the part is already in. Just 3 days. So i run in and they once again cheerfully make the final repair. I am out in 5 minutes. Now that is how it's done! Could not be happier.
