  • First time here and I was not pleased. My doctor didn't care to hear me out about problems that I've been having for years that concern me and my chances of conceiving. She basically told me "it'll be fine, just take prenatal vitamins now and you'll have a better chance of getting pregnant when you want to." Thanks for that tip Doc, but that's now what I wanted to know. Upon the arrival of my 2nd appt for my yearly wellness, they said that my insurance did not cover the full coat of my last visit and I had to pay 100 oop for the last visit plus the copay for the 2nd visit. No one had said any of this before NOR when they called to remind me of my 2nd appt. I asked if they could bill me for the remainder of what was not covered from the last appointment and they refused. When I said I was unable to pay that large of an amount, the receptionist said "well that's to bad. We can't see you then. Call back when you have money to spend." RUDE! I'm sorry, last I remembered I was there to be seen by a medical PROFESSIONAL AND not some woman who feels it's her right to tell me I'm to broke to be taken care of. I will NEVER go to this Doctor again and I'll be damned if they get a cent out of me.
