Every where I go I am usually impressed with how friendly American Airline employees are. I met a woman today who picked on me in front of a huge line of people - I would tell you her name but I don't know it. She is a tall black lady with short curly hair. I had my laptop and purse out of my carry-on and she very condescendingly made me pack up the whole carry on because she didn't believe that it would all fit in front of a long line of people. "Regulations" she said. Of course I met the regulations; I made it through security! Besides, I'm a very faithful AA user and I don't believe I deserve that kind of treatment. Once on the plane I had to unpack it all again in order to use my laptop. I think it's important to remember that we travelers pay a lot for airfare. Working at an airport is, in its own way customer service and the experience I had today puts a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to American Airlines.
