  • Not only was my experience great, but I would like to go out of my way to recognize James Kelly, the General Manager of Mini. I wanted to work something out due to my financing needing to mail the check and I emailed him with my concerns... Within 5 MINUTES I had a reply asking for my phone number to contact me, and sure enough there was the call and seconds later everything was worked out! I cant say enough about how great you feel when someone actually takes care of your interests that quickly, especially when they are going out of their way to do something to make me happy! My entire experience at Mini was fantastic, and to top off the greatness, once I selected my used Tahoe, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!
