  • This company sent out a 19 year old kid who didn't know what he was doing. My husband's caregiver actually overheard the kid talking to a lady in the office (on speaker phone) telling her that he had no idea what to do, that he'd never replaced a valve before. He did some digging, capped two pipes that had valves on them but didn't replace the valves. The kid said that his boss would be out in the morning to fix it. When he didn't show up or call and his voice mail was full, I figured he just blew us off. We just got a call this afternoon from the owner and he had a stroke and was in the hospital. We are very sorry for him. My husband had a serious stroke 3 years ago. Fortunately I was able to hire another company to come out to fix the values, fix the wires that the kid cut and clean up the mess that he made. Also the kid told the owner that he fixed one of the valves, which he didn't. The boss called me back and was very belligerent towards me. I told him if he would let me talk I would explain what happened but the guy hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
